Excellent customer service by Samantha!! Came to store looking for a Stanley cup for my daughter, although they were on sale the one she picked out was not. Once we were at the register the cup scanned a different price, I asked about the sale and she nicely said it was certain ones only. I asked my daughter well we can change it for one that is on sale and she said but I liked that color, I was like ok. When Samantha nicely suggested where we could find a 20% off coupon on Facebook, that definitely made my day. She didn't have to do that but the fact that she suggested something that in fact would help the current situation going on, speaks volumes of who her character is. I wish I can take out the stars and demerit them. The company policy resounds their name ; I bought running shoes and was told if you run and don't like the feel of e can exchange for you. I went and ran in shoes for 5k only once and got pain in ankle. I decided to change and their manager Carlos and Salesman Yousef said our receipt says most not all - we choose not to return as it has been worn . I told him how a running shoes can be tested and the professional salesman said ; you can walk in room and still if worn ; we cannot change. I was like fitness shop is living on a different planet. Arrogant ; naive and all sorts of work - they were totally same as their shop name. I would never buy anything from them ever and will make sure every running club in Houston avoids them. First time shopping here and I was looking for a new pair of shoes, I arrived around 7:30 or so I walked into the back and I asked to try a pair of shoes but I didn’t like the way it felt on my feet so I kept browsing and I asked so try on a second pair of shoes, so the girl scans the shoe and goes to the back and ha done waiting for over 15 minutes and nobody came out. So after I got frustrating of waiting so much for the girl to come out I just walked to the back and asked where my shoe I asked to try and I guess they forgot about me.
