April 2023: I will definitely not eat here anymore. I would have given it 4 out of 5 last year but tonight was it for me. Most of the time they have the Drive-thur open, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the card machine works, sometimes it doesn't.
Well tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, & a crazy bread combo, with the App thinking that I could bypass the long wait. Well I get to the place & there is a sign that says only pay with touchless pay. Well don't bother me none because I paid though the app. I wait in the drive thru line get my pizza & crazy bread & head home. When I get home I noticed that there was paper under my pepperoni pizza. I opened it to see that it's two of those stickers that they place on the pizza box, folded up. So instead of throwing it in the trash someone thought it was funny to put it under my pizza. Now I'm a little gross out & I removed the two pizzas that the sticker was under. & gave the remaining slices to my children. Oh but thats not all. When my kiddos started to eat the pizza they were saying it was a little spicy. Which it was. Not sure why but the pizza sauce on the pepperoni was spicy. & there was cheese in the crazy bread sauce. Not sure what kind of joke they were trying to play but it was not funny. Now I'm irritated so I called the store (thinking that I was going to get a manager or someone). NOPE. I get a lady from what sounds like a call center. I told her what was wrong she then said that she will have to transfer me to the store so I can speak to a manager. I'm still waiting on someone to answer the phone & it has been 32mins now. Can't go back to the store to complain because I don't stay that close & I have to get my kiddos to bed. I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service and product quality I experienced at your Little Caesars location on Texas 249. What should have been a simple Saturday evening pizza pickup turned into a frustrating ordeal that reflects a much larger issue with how customer care seems to have declined over the years.
I placed and paid for my order through the Little Caesars app, which included: • One ExtraMostBestest cheese pizza • One order of Cheesy Steak Puffs • One order of oven-baked wings • Three ranch dressings
When I arrived, the drive-through line was extremely long—nearly a mile—so I went inside to pick up my order. The store was crowded, and though the cashier initially couldn’t locate my order, she eventually found it after I provided my receipt and order number.
I took my pizza home, only to discover there was no sauce at all on it. My nine-year-old granddaughter was the first to notice it was dry. To make matters worse, the Cheesy Steak Puffs I ordered contained pepperoni instead.
I immediately called the store, asked to speak to a manager, and was placed on hold for nearly 40 minutes in total—with no resolution. Frustrated, I drove back to the store myself. Upon arrival, no one greeted me. After knocking on the counter several times, an employee finally appeared. He looked unprepared and indifferent. Hello Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your attention that Yesterday I went to the little Caesar and order 2 pizzas, the employee took my order is so rude and unprofessional with very poor customer service, I asked the price and she said $12-97 and it take 15-20 minutes and while making payment I request her “can you please do little bit faster I will be back within 10-15 minutes, she replied something I couldn’t understand and I repeat the same request, there was my children and family waiting outside in the car it was nearly 100% F temp. I came back after 15 minutes and the employee I don’t know if she was manager came from inside with refund bill and said we cannot take your order because you are being so rude , I just said to that employee there is a communication gap. She didn’t understood what I said and there were too many customers and I left. I wonder I did not said anything wrong to her and I am treated wrong way ’ I neither say any bad word nor behave rude to her I was so polite tone of voice was good.
