Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Well we always had a great experience in this subway, but today we where in line ordering our sandwich when the worker started complaining on how she has two jobs and that she needs to get out early this and that then when the lady in front of us was paying the cashier said "oh I don't think the card machine is working" then the lady said that she was lucky she had cash on her when we went up to the cashier we told him we didn't have cash only a credit card. So when we tried it out our card was declined we complained on how they never had a sign of the machine not working. We asked for the managers number but they wouldn't give it so instead we asked for the corporates number they said they didn't have that either. The guy behind us didn't have cash either so he complained as well we asked the employees on what to do next that said to go to an ATM or anywhere where we can make a transaction. We where very offended on how rude they where so we decided to leave and so did the guy as well then when we got into our car they decided to post a note saying "cash only" they weren't even professional about it....

I ordered a meatball sub from Uber Eats last night and got sent a FROZEN meatball sub. I am absolutely disgusted and concerned if they tampered with my food in any other way. Yes I ordered close to closing but they could have called me and told me they were sold out but instead were petty and send me frozen trash. I paid $20 to get this delivered to me and that's what I received. I had to microwave the meatballs and then toast my entire sub in the oven. Half way through eating I wondered if they had tampered with it in any other way and had to throw the rest out. All this on top of losing my best friend in an accident and not eating for 2 days. Whoever closed last night I hope you learn how to be a decent human and learn to work!!! It would have taken you 2 seconds to call me and inform me. I would have gladly have cancelled and ordered a pizza or something.

I am very disappointed with this location, because all they do is skim off the meat. Every single time, I have gone there, they ABSOLUTELY, do not give you 2 full scoops of meat. They shake half of it off, the scooper, and tell you, that is what our Manager, told us to do. Then, you end up, with some of the sandwich with ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT! I have seen them too many times, shake the meat off the scooper, so PLEASE do not try to justify it. I can come with receipts. Then, they want to charge us $4.00 more for extra meat. That is ABSOLUTELY, NOT FAIR!!!! ARE YOU GOING TO SKIM OFF THE $9.99 OR $10.99 THAT WE PAY FOR A SANDWICH?? WE ARE GETTING CHEATED!! I Last, the vegetables, do not ever look appealing! I had to ask them to bring out some more lettuce from the back, the last time, I was there. I refuse to go there, every again! I will starve before I go there, again!
