La Chona Is awesome! The make fresh WARM corn tortillas everyday! It is family owned. The owners are the nicest people. They have some good tasting home made flavored TORTILLA CHIPS, too! They have some veggies, cheeses, ALL different salsas. HOT, green, red very flavorful. Tacos for breakfast and lunch! I believe they also have yummy lunch plates. Weekends- they try to have a little of everything CARNITAS, BARBARCOA, CHICHARONES, PAN DULCE. ALL THEY NEED IS THE WEEKEND MENUDO! They are open 7 days a week. till 5. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed unless they run out of something wish they occasionally do. But hey...

I’ve visited this spot twice now—once shortly after they opened about a year ago, and again just last week. On my first visit, I found the food a bit bland and felt the prices were a little high, but I chalked it up to the restaurant still finding its footing.

This little tortilla shop is such a gem! There aren’t many places like this in the area, and I’m so glad I found it. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried their barbacoa and it was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and so fresh. Their tortillas are some of the best I’ve ever had—soft, authentic, and delicious.
