This place is TOP NOTCH. Husband and I loved it! I am from SoCal and there is a place called Lee’s Sandwiches out there that my family and I all have been going to for many many years! I ran into this little hidden gem and we are so excited to become a forever customer!
Owners/Workers: kind, love to help, and mindful. Our drinks weren’t made until my husband arrived to pick up our order and they let us know that they like to make it when we arrive because they don’t want the ice to melt down the drink.
Place: clean and tidy! Super cute and welcoming!
But like a true review I need to give some honest feedback so here are things I would like but is definitely not a must have. We love this place! ( no specific order or importance) picture show sesame seeds on the wings and our to go wings did not have them BUT the wings were so great!!!!
better ranch…. It’s just not the vibe.
less ice in the Thai Tea, it was soooo good but ran out too quick.
jalapeños need more of a kick 🔥 but loved the spicy sauce on the side option you guys created!
needs a dessert option. Lee’s had these little pastries shaped like corn 🌽 and it was filled with a white cream filing and they would bake fresh daily and served fresh and warm! Maybe you guys can do something like that one day but with your own twist, I bet it will be a hit!
And that’s really it.
We got BBQ Pork Sandwich, Special Combination Sandwich, spicy wings, Thai tea, and Wintermelon Tea. It was all so delicious!
We will be back soon! Ps… we were so focusing on eating that we forgot to take before pictures. We had to come...

I stopped by K Tea Boba and ordered a chicken Bánh Mì sandwich with extra jalapeños. The cashier agreed and charged me $0.50 for them. When I got the sandwich, it had three tiny slivers—barely enough to taste, let alone justify an extra charge. I pointed it out to the cashier, and even she agreed it wasn’t enough.
She took it to the back, and that’s when the owner came out insisting there were “four long slices.” That’s a complete lie—I saw the sandwich, and even a magnifying glass wouldn’t have helped.
Look, jalapeños aren’t rare or expensive. H-E-B sells them for $0.08 EACH. I paid $0.50. You could’ve at least given me one full jalapeño and still made a profit. Instead, the owner chose to be petty, dismissive, and downright stingy over a couple extra slices. I wasn’t asking for a favor—I paid for it.
I won’t be going back—not just because of the jalapeños, but because of how the owner handled it. If you plan to ask for extras, maybe bring a calculator. Or better yet, be ready to pay $1.00 if you want a full jalapeño—because God forbid they...
Read moreThe service here isnt bad but the food is just ok. Its a hit and miss seriously. The mangonada is HORRIBLE- way too spicy without the sweetness that it should have. Mangonada is supposed to be like a mango - orange reddish and sweet with a deep mango flavor🥭 not lemon yellow and tart and spicy with mango pieces small as the popcorn chicken. NO! The popcorn chicken is really like chicken bits and pieces. $13 for a large popcorn chicken with bits and pieces just a little bigger than a jelly bean! Im serious! This isnt real pop corn chicken! Uh uh no way and definitely not worth the price. The Bbq Korean sandwich was delicious and cooked correctly.👍🏼 Butterfly Tea is delicious and I recommend. I may return but for now im undecided. Maybe if i want a spicy lemonade 🍋 i will order the...
