Pam is PHENOMENAL! I originally got referred here by a friend. I came in for a couch and dresser, and I found both at a very reasonable price. They had it delivered the very same day, with instillation included. After about 20 minutes I decided that the couch just didn’t work for me, so I called them back and told them that I wanted to exchange it out for a different couch. Everyone was so accommodating and they picked the couch back up and took it back. Today I came back, and unfortunately didn’t find another couch that I liked, but, I did end up getting some other things that I’ve been wanting. Phenomenal service from start to finish. The sofa was back ordered and took a while to come in but she always called to keep me informed of any date changes.
