Oh, how Unfortunate for All of us in The Copperfield Area. It would be more Efficient for us ALL when this location Shut Down! Sure then that would lessen The Plethora of Concerns that comes for our Lack of A Good Customer Service and Good Experiences at 8825 Hwy 6 , Copperfield Houston Tx 77095. Bad experiences... Not so Convenient. We need Government employees which like and want to work on a job. Not employees which make you feel like you are interrupting their vacation and visiting their friends @work Really.? And, What do you mean "You don't have time for this."? Look You, I DoNOT see the mail carrier, therefore, I CanNot tell the mail carrier Any Thing. Stop passing The Buck, that's Your job. (...wanting someone to do your job, while you do Nothing and get paid...)
I know your daily objectives are to get paid while waiting on lunch (Shameful, You should simply Quit...)! What's wrong with giving Superb Customer Service to Your esteemed clients. ...?

And you can't trust the tracking information there either. I don't understand why two certified letters mailed from the same post office...Nassau Bay right across from Nasa... addressed to offices less than two miles apart....could wind up in so called delivery centers so far apart. One arrived and was signed for approximately 36 hours later. The other went to this NW delivery center and the tracking information says it is supposed to be "in transit". Yesterday they said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday afternoon. It wasn't. Today it says it is supposed to have left the North Houston distribution center sometime this morning. How could that be? I cannot tell you how many times I have mailed letters and packages that went there, then were returned to the post office where I mailed them and then went back to that center again. Several never showed up anywhere. Others arrived anywhere from two to three months later. Two of them were federal corporate income tax returns. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THAT! Even the personnel at the local post offices have nothing but very bad things to say about...
Read more“You’re only as strong as your weakest link.” This place lacks customer service and common decency. The black women with the tacky, drawn on redish eye brows is above all the rudest. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time. My second encounter with her is the one in which this review is in regards to, so this entire establish can go down with her since they chose to employ such an inconsiderate individual. Consider this my formal complaint and strongest recommendation to stay clear of this place. In the future, I will demand assistance from someone whose impression on the customer is at a higher priority and values customer experience/interaction. Great representation of a govt. affiliated entity btw. 👌🏼
Encounter 1: Did not answer the phone all day. I called 4 times to inquire about getting a mailbox key.
Encounter 2: Expect to ring the door bell at least twice in 4 minutes intervals only to realize you’re wasting your time.
Encounter 3: Discovered that people do work here and they’re equally as rude as they are unhelpful.
Encounter 4: Went up there to apply for a key and the gentleman who assisted me was tolerable.
