My wife and I had neglected our wedding bands this past decade. For our anniversary I told her I would find a jeweler to get our rings resized and cleaned up to look better. A Google maps search led me to Chaplin's. I called to get an idea of how pricing works and the owner that answered was very knowledgable and very helpful. He even helped me figure out how to get my college ring resized for free (a benefit I didn't know I even had from the college seller).

My wife and I went on a Friday morning and we were blown away from the service and quick turnaround for our 4 rings. They got us measured and walked us through how everything works. They even helped examine my wife's rings for damage and identify a smaller diamond that had fallen out. The whole process was very transparent and consultative.

We got our rings back a few days later and we were blow away with the results. My wife's rings looked like new. My band fits like a charm and was polished up like new.
