Flower Story — Local services in Johns Creek

I would like to share my fantastic experience with Flower Story:

I looked up flower delivery options near the area that my wife works with aspirations of having flowers delivered to her job on Valentine's Day. I called Flower Story the Monday before Valentine's Day and was greeted by the optimistic owner who outlined the process of purchasing and setting up the delivery. I went through with the flawless process on their website, and later that evening, the owner personally called me from his cell phone to let me know that he had received the order.

When Valentine's Day came, the flowers were delivered to the address that I had provided, but due to the building she works in being a duplex of offices that are unlabeled, it was delivered to the wrong side of the building. It was a simple and unintentional mistake, as the neighboring office had an employee with the same name as my wife and per my "special instructions", the flowers were left at the front desk of the office until the recipient was available to come grab them.

I received the delivery confirmation email, but since my wife had not received the flowers, I called the cell phone of the owner at a fairly late hour to figure out what had happened. The owner answered and was very genuinely apologetic about the occurrence and told me to give him a call the next day to see if my wife was able to retrieve the flowers once that neighboring business had opened.

The next day, the business explained that someone at the office had taken them home and there didn't seem to be much hope of getting them back. I called the owner of Flower Story to explain what had happened and he immediately exclaimed that he would remake the exact same flower arrangement free-of-charge and personally deliver it to my wife later that day. He did just that. He personally delivered the flowers, and kept me updated throughout the day via phone.

All-in-all, I have never been more impressed with a business. My experience was nothing short...

Super pleased with my Flower Story experience! From start to finish, the female at the counter was so nice and helpful. She made great recommendations. She was very patient as she helped me navigate ordering. Was upfront and transparent about any cost. Last but not least timely delivery of a beautiful arrangement. I’m sure the pic doesn’t do justice but I’m so thankful to have such a dope flower shop so close. Will definitely be back in the future! Thanks...

THIS IS A HANKY PANKY BUISINESS, THEY CREATED A FLOWER SITE, AND COLLECT PEOPLES MONEY AND AFTERWARD THEY TELL YOU TO GO AHEAD AND CANCELL YOUR ORDER !!!! IN THIS PROCESS SOME WILL DO AND SOME WONT, i PLACED AN ORDER TWO DAYS AGO FOR VALENTINE, AND WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER , A GUY WITH A BAD ENGLISH ANSWERS AND TELLS ME TO GO AHEAD AND CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE HE CAN NOT...
