I want to start by sharing my positive experience with the salon. My regular stylist is star. What an absolutely fabulous person and very professional stylist. I always enjoy talking with her every time I go in she’s funny and entertaining to say the least and very knowledgeable about hair. I was not able to book an appointment with star today so they put me with a stylist by the name of Vicky, I wanna start by saying I wish I’d never accepted that appointment by a different stylist. It was very sad what I have to say about a great salon. Vicky cut my hair didn’t do a very good job of that to say the least part that upset me the most, because I asked her to trim my mustache and to straighten the lines down the side as I wear A mustache that goes down both sides of my jaw. When it started, my mustache was a full cowboy style mustache when it finished it wasn’t much wider than the thickness of a pencil, and not straight at all, it would appear that I’m gonna have to shave it off and go through the process of growing it back. I let her know that I wasn’t happy with it and told her it was honestly a horrible job. She continued to want to press the fact that she could fix it but it’s not fixable. You can’t put the hair back so I didn’t allow her to complete anything else. After telling her how I felt she told me I didn’t have to be rude and I thought I just stated the obvious. After she messed it up, she said I don’t do mustaches if she had simply told me that prior to starting to trim it I would’ve said please don’t do it. There would’ve been no further discussion. I spoke to Jody, the manager or owner. I was told she had 20 years experience and that they weren’t barbers the bottom line is if you just tell someone you can’t do it then they’ll probably say don’t. It pains me to have to write this review as I’ve been a customer abuse for quite some time. I also made Jody a recommendation about his chairs/seating. They’re very loaded like a toddler seat. I’m 65 and slightly handicapped and explain to him they should at least have one chair out there for someone that has any kind of issues or age that can’t get up from that...

I have been coming to Muse for at least 2-3 years now I found this place after countless googling. To find a place that can actually color and cut/ style for a long time now I have been to plenty salons all over Georgia, but nothing can top Muse there customer care is top tier, they always take care of there clients, there front office staff are really friendly kind and funny, and always so helpful when it comes to pick your stylist. When I first came to Muse I was scheduled to see (Jashley ) who was highly recommended for her diversity in hair textures, colors, and experience in cutting and styling textured hair. So I was extremely excited when I booked my appointment!!! Day of my first appointment front office staff greeted me and checked me in for my appointment offered complementary drinks for the wait. And I finial got to meet the amazing Jashley. She was very thorough in her consultation, loved the way she communicated to me in regards to styling, hair care and also treatment, she also gave me realistic timeline for all the hair styles/ colors I decided to do and when I need to come in for either a treatment or a touch up. She was extremely thoughtful, she listened to all my hair goals that I wanted to accomplish, she also understood that when it came to coloring I wanted minimal damage and she always explained her processing step by step. As you can already tell I love my stylist bottom line she is beyond amazing. And knows what she’s talking about which I really appreciate and enjoy coming each time. Muse has the magic touch when it comes to customer care and there professionalism with there stylist. So I usually don’t review unless I find a really really good reason to. I also don’t pay a lot for getting my hair and nails unless I trust my technician or stylist 100%. I went in on a Saturday and let me tell you it was one of the best decision I ever made. My stylist Ericka a, was wonderful and quite honestly did some magic on my hair. I added some photos of what my hair looked like before the cut and after and even you can see it is quite a difference . I told her what I wanted and she listened and actually did what I asked and much more. She was very knowledgeable and recommended things that I had not thought to do such as layering to give me more volume and framing. I originally had just wanted it short nothing crazy. She also gave me some tips for the scalp damage that I had and what I could do to fix it. She was very gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. she washed and dried my hair and never seemed to miss a step even while I talked to her and moved ever so slightly. And I could go on and on about why I loved my visit but I’ll end it here. If you don’t trust a lot of reviews I hope you will trust mine as I do it with my heart in the right place. She was amazing, the place was amazing, and everything was so clean and perfect so if your going to spend good money at a salon I hope you’ll consider this place as it made me feel like a...
