Five Below — Local services in Johns Creek

I called this location yesterday searching for the popular gold antique floor mirror that's trending on TikTok. Fitz, the manager who took my call, was exceptional. He went above and beyond, providing outstanding customer service. He checked the availability of the item while I was on the phone, then went to the inventory room and confirmed they had a few in stock. I asked if he could hold two for me, and he assured me he would.

When I arrived at the store, I ended up purchasing a few more items, and Tyler, our cashier, was fantastic as well. Fitz came over during checkout, introduced himself in person, and even offered to carry out my items for me.

I live in Suwanee, but after this experience, I’ll gladly make the extra trip to this location. While there’s a Five Below at Sugarloaf Mall, this is now my go-to store because of the excellent customer service I...

Came here to for the Squishmallow event. After rifling through a quarter of the big punk decided to ask the person at the register if they could check their inventory for a specific item so I wouldn’t have to make a mess turning their bin completely upside down looking for the item…the cashier told me they couldn’t do that. Later got confirmation from another store manager they could in fact do that which I knew. That other person was just being lazy. Not my first experience of poor customer service at this location. I will instead shop at the north point location as Garrett was extremely helpful in getting what I needed.

This location is very organized and has cute little trinkets, etc. that you don't necessarily see in other similar stores. It's now $10 and below items but most things were $5.55 and below. I don't expect great customer service at places like these as it's mostly roam and purchase, but docked a star because for the first time in my life, I had zero dialogue during checkout. Not a "did you find everything okay" or a "thank you". Literally no words were exchanged and I'm not mad about it but can't tell if I'm weirded out...
