Just to share my experience here today. Iāve been to Uniuni several times for its mango yogurt and I absolutely loved it. Today I could not be there myself so I asked my mom to get a mango yogurt for me, the yogurt one. But what I got was an icy mango drink with no yogurt. My mom said she double confirmed with the worker saying this is the one, in fact itās notā¦.So I called the store, turns out they have three different yogurt drinks but they all called āmango yogurtā, and only one of them is the actual yogurt yogurt, the thick yogurt you would imagine what a yogurt should be like⦠The lady on the phone said sheās sorry but she has no solution and cannot offer me a refund nor a replacement because she has no ability to do so, so I asked if I could talk with the manager, she said she was not able to reach the manager, but could offer me the managerās number saying I could call her myself if I want the problem solved (š?). I think there should be at least one person who works at the store that has the ability to solve a single āwrong drinkā problem or an āunsatisfied customerā problem, but there was no one who can that is at the store. Hopefully this can be better in the future, and Iāll make sure before I make any payment if I get the correct yogurt drink just in case I canāt get a refund nor a replacement next time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI first tried Uni Uni bubble tea when I traveled to Chicago and am so glad to know Uni Uni has arrived in Johns Creek/Suwanee area very recently. Uni Uni sits in the heart of Johns Creek Town Center shopping mall that is close to Sprouts, Kroger, LA fitness and more. Plenty of parking spaces are available. The inside of the store is clean, warm and cozy, with many thoughtful details and touches to make my family feel welcoming. The people there was very friendly knowledgeable in helping us pick the drinks fit our needs. We tried their ancient brown sugar milk tea with Taioca and Lychee Peach Jasmine Green Tea (pictured). At the first sip, you can tell they use high-quality ingredient like fresh milk we usually get from grocery stores, real tea leaves and fresh fruits, and super tender boba. The quality and taste are rare and unique given many bubble tea shops use pre-made mix these days. I typically would not allow my children to drink bubble tea, but feel comfortable with Uni Uni. We truly enjoyed our drinks and time spending there. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking to have high-quality, original and authentic bubble tea with a great experience either...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a great find Uni Uni Boba is in the Johns Creek/ Suwanee / Cumming area. I think itās even better than boba tea places on exit 104 Pleasanthill! From the colorful decorations to the fresh ingredients, they put attention into every single detail. There is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza, and plenty of seats in the shop for studying or just hanging out.
I had a chance to try 3 boba drinks and they did not disappoint.
The mango pomelo boom is my favorite. Itās a mango smoothie with chunks of mangos and pomelos, sago your choice of bobas in it.
The mango smoothie is legit fresh and good too, if you just want mango.
Gotta give a shoutout to the lemon pineapple yakult. Itās a light yet refreshing yogurt drink if you want the flavors without it being overly sweet.
The section with post it notes is colorful and Instagrammable.
They use the highest quality ingredients for each drink. Thus, each drink tastes fresh and superior to the other boba places.
They offer quick bites, pastries and snacks, too.
Will definitely come back to try everything...
