AVOID. Arranged to have a replacement phone shipped to this store, which I needed to collect by 2/17.
Story 1: Called on 2/17 saying I'd be coming in 2/18 to collect it, don't send it back. Girl said it's there, no problem.
On 2/18 in the morning went to the store to collect the phone, it's not there, guy ( who turned out to be the store 'manager') said it wasn't there, was it under a different name?
Story 2: he told me it must have been shipped back to t mobile by their operations manager. When? Wednesday or Thursday - before the day I was meant to collect it.
Story 3: he then told me they did return the phone to t mobile.
Story 4: a few minutes later he told me they returned the phone to t mobile because he said it was defective.
A very evolving story.
With the fact that this was a continuously evolving story, I said it was BS. At which point he proceeded to tell me he is 23, this is allegedly a 'top store', and I am threatening him by my cuss ( huh?) And said many times I was disrespecting him. Wha'?
And lying to a customer, and allowing your team to lie to a customer isn't disrespectful to said customer?
Even if the phone, by story 4, had been defective, they didn't even order another one, or tell me ( the customer) that it had been returned? AND proceeded to tell me, after it had been returned, that it was still there?

Neither of the people in there had on masks and I made the comment that I was surprised that they were not taking that safety precaution. The woman stated that they were not required to wear a mask.Mind you that the message on the phone states that they are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure safety of their clients and their staff.I asked her if there were any deals on phones. She immediately showed us the most expensive option And said that they were no specials on phones. I was wearing a mask. My sister was wearing a mask. She is in a dangerous health position. I said to my sister letâs go to another T-Mobile store. We travel to Peachtree industrial Boulevard and had the opposite experience with customer service. They were wonderful to us. They all had on masks and gloves Plus would only allow in a certain amount of people.
