Wow, this grocery is terrific! Friendly people and whatever you would need to make authentic cuisine from mostly any country south of the border. The cactus paddles being sold was most impressive. They have a man in the store prepping them so you don't have to deal with prickly spines yourself. Wow!!! That's a game changer. If you have never had grilled cactus paddles as an addition to a taco you are missing out. It's as simple as cutting cactus at the area where they fan out like fingers, put on grill for 10 or so min and tada!!! A healthy addition. While you are at it, top with some of their salty white cheese and add a salsa, yum!!! Maybe even some black beans.
