Tuesday, July 16. 2019. I walked into this store @ 9:30 pm like I've done so many other nights. I work nights ,They so my coworkers and I have went there quite a bit to get foods. were. We don't get foods there every night, but we have gotten foods there alot, because we you work nights there is no many choices, most places are closed.on this particular day @ 9:30 pm, they were 5 of us customers. the customer in front of me I ordered 3 foot long subs, then I wanted a foot long, then customer & a child behind me,9:50pm then another one who ended up walking out because the attitude of the people working( Ida, Matt) that night was a bad. @ 9:30 pm when we walked into the restaurant ALL the meats products on the buffet were already taken out, but the veggies. Ida was taking the drinks machine out. Ida was so visibly upset/ mad to the point she started making comments about them not leaving until 12 am. The only time they thought they were going to leave early, now wasn't going to happen. Matt made a comment saying" I think we have taken a bar down too early". He then asked Ida to come & help him. Ida came to the bar (10 :55pm) started to put back the meats on the bar, she slamming those pans into places, acting like she was doing us a favor by serving us, especially when they had an hour and 5 minutes till closing time. Like Ida's attitude wasn't enough, we ALL noticed it. Then she made a comment about people would one day drive through into the building trying to beat the closing time. At the my sandwich was ready to be toasted as always, Ida told me that she couldn't toast it because the toast machine was down, it was closing time & it needed to be cleaned. @ that point I had already had enough of her attitude, and I expressed to the both of them that they were closing the store an hour & couple minutes early. They are not suppose to START clearing the bar until 11 pm. We've eaten there too many times, once had the same awful service & we had to speak to the store manager & we were told the store close@ 11 pm & that's when the food bar is to be closed too. I also told them that toast machine shouldn't have been shut down until 11 pm & she needs to quit giving us an attitude like she was doing us a favor when you still have an hour before you close@ 11pm not 9:45 OR 10 pm. I did let them that I will be calling the store the next day to speak to the store manager. Matt did apologized that he was sorry, he was new there & he was learning. I ended up with a cold sub, no drink because the drink machine were down already, not even sweet tea. I've called the store for 2 days in a row, couple times during the day; no one, absolutely no one could even answer the phone. So I've decided to write them a review, 2days later, maybe they will take time to read it..... just maybe improve the quality of the service and the attitude of the they worked like Ida & the one who came before her. You cannot giving your customers the attitude because you want to leave early, clear the food bar @ 9:30 pm because y'all want to leave early. Read moreTo start off, I ordered through the subway app, and they assigned a dasher to pick my food up and bring it to me, which isn’t a problem until later, I received my sandwiches, they were so far from prepared correctly, I tried to call the store six times, no answer, so I drive down to the store and wait in line for 45 minutes, (when i specifically ordered online to prevent this), I finally got to talk to the woman who was working, I told her both of my sandwiches were wrong, and she gave me a dirty look, then proceeded to tell me the manager wasn’t on site so she couldn’t refund or remake my food, and tells me to keep the sandwiches until the following day and come back with them to talk to the manager, or I could call DoorDash for a refund (she said), even though I ordered it through the subway app specifically, I went home and contacted DoorDash to be informed that it was indeed subways problem to issue a refund as I assumed, I proceeded to try to call the store again with no answer, then I contacted subway support to get a response that stated, “I am sorry for your inconvenience”, with no refund of my 30 dollars, I sell luxury appliances, and I’ve given refunds, the simple fact that 30 dollars created all of this when I just wanted my correct sandwiches is pathetic, I see why subway is going downhill, this location needs to be shut down, not only is that pitiful customer service, the store itself is not maintained in any way shape or form, nor is the appearance of the people serving and preparing your...

I went here last night & as I enter the store the young girl was having fun visiting a man who was apparently going to be hired on soon but wasn’t there to work, so I was bothering her! Rudely she ask can she help me! I said I wanted four cold cut trios, she looks at me her mouth expression open & says are you serious? I said yes & the guy says “are you going to eat all those yourself “ how rude! Next the guy supposed to be working with her isn’t there he’s out back she said. She turns to get bread & says OMG there’s no bread, the co worker didn’t set timer & he cut all the shelves of bread on the top, so she says well that’s trash. She goes to the back fussing , I still hear her ! She comes out & says hope you don’t want onions there’s none & wont be till Friday. Ok that’s fine then says So what do you want & I proceed telling her while she’s talking to that guy still! Meanwhile I noticed the glass over the food looks like someone took a dirty mop to it!
