Taco Bell — Restaurant in Johnson City

I door dash a lot, all hours of the day and night. This location has got to have the worst late night drive thrus in the history of all Taco Bells nationwide! Their staff is extremely slow and extremely rude. I have waited in line for over an hour and a half on at least 4 occasions this week. If I wasn't paid by the hour, I would never do it. Tonight, I was literally scolded by their manager because I pulled up to the 2nd window before she gave me her permission. She spoke to me as if I was one of her employees. 1st of all those online orders, door dash, Uber eats are ordered well in advance and should be ready when we arrive. Instead we are waiting in a line for over an hour with traffic backed up around the building . When she left me sitting there at the kiosk, I went ahead to pull around so they could efficiently take the next order, since they already had mine and they should have been ready. Taco Bell Corporate needs to make some improvements with this restaurant. I am certain these inexperienced know it all could use a little training on drive thru operations and good old fashioned customer service. And I am not gonna rest until they make some changes... at least with there...

Hands-down the worst Taco Bell in the area. I routinely wait 20+ minutes on small orders when there's nobody else around.

I tried using the app but they seemingly ignore those orders until you arrive. Multiple times I've ordered before leaving the house just to watch as the lobby lines and drive thru turn over multiple times before my order comes out and that's only asking what is going on. This happened on multiple occasions.

After more than a month, I finally returned and placed my order in person. It easily took more than 30 minutes for two burritos. Again many other people came and went. Twice I was asked if I had been helped as some in the back just see me standing there. Both times I say I've already ordered.

When my order eventually did show up, I noticed the receipt was conveniently left off the bag so no survey, convenient. So I ask them to print off a copy of the receipt and they say that's not possible. Really??? So I said ok, please tell me the time I placed the order. The person behind the counter starts flipping through their screen... Swiping a d swiping and eventually looks up and says "how about I just give you...

The Taco Bell on West Market Street made me wait 20 minutes for a doordash order along with another female who waited the same amount of time. Workers had an attitude with me when I told them I needed the order finished because I had another order I needed to pick up and they were making me late for both. I explained that their negligence was taking away from my money and my time schedule. They ignored me until I told them multiple times I needed the order completed. Was supposed to pick it up by 9:21 pm (I arrived before it was supposed to be picked up) and I did not leave the store until 9:40 pm. When the order was done, it was not even handed to me, they put it off to the side for me to get. Then, when I asked for the number for corporate they told me they didn’t have corporate and told me the “owners number” which was not the owners number at all. The absolute disrespect, negligence, and disregard for my concerns was horrible. Since I couldn’t reach the owner I figured I’d rate it because it will be seen and heard one way or another.
