This place is an absolute joke. I walked in there with a few purses I wanted to sell. The woman there, with attitude, says “oh you need an appointment.” I told her I tried calling the past couple of days with no answer. As soon as I showed her the purses, she put her hand on mine (not sure why she touched me), and said “these aren’t real, no one is going to buy them”. “look in this case, these are what real Gucci look like.” While giving me a dirty look the whole time, acting like I was a child. First off, my aunt who died bought nothing but the best and they were in fact, real. It was extremely disrespectful and she could have said it nicer. She had an extremely bad attitude. The whole place smelt musty. As soon as I left, I went to another consignment shop and they bought them right from me and was not sure why this other woman said things that weren’t true, in such a rude manner.
