The ice cream is great, the building and decor is fantastic, the worker was very polite.

The business marketed a Mother’s Day special to draw customers in and left the poor girl working completely by herself with a line out the door. She had to take the order, cash customers out and make the orders one by one. It took forever to get through the line, which isn’t my concern. There’s no reason to leave that poor girl drowning in orders. If someone calls out sick or can’t cover their shift, you as the business owner come in and help out. The soft serve swirl was not working. The size of the small cone is questionable and had very little taste. The kiddie cup had more ice cream. The small soft serve cup was not filled either. It seemed the employees had no clue what they were doing. They did not give a napkin around the cone, nor offer a spoon or napkin. One of the few places near me that has soft serve ice cream. The menu is small so I don’t fell overwhelmed by the sheer number of flavors that some ice cream places boast, it’s usually better to have a few very good flavors than 200 okay flavors. The friendly staff is willing to help you with whatever you need.
