Turned my roots orange and didn’t refund me even though I left looking horrific. I wanted to try a new hair stylist in RI, since I moved from NY. I saw her reviews and thought I’d be in good hands. My hair was pearl white, and my natural is light dirty blonde, very easy to lift, was bleach white for 8 years no issues and never has anyone made my roots orange….she said it would fade and put purple shampoo on my head….didnt help. & then told me “your hair is hard to lift” which is a false statement, then said “come back and I’ll fix it” who in their right mind would go back? & who wouldn’t refund someone after having them walk out with orange roots. Salon Vibes is definitely the vibe! My experience getting my lash extensions was fantastic. Maressa and Emily are wonderful girls with great personalities. They are very professional with their work and make sure their clients are satisfied and taken care of. The vibe of the salon is very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The bed for the lashes is very comfy. The blankets they use on it are very soft and the pillow is a perfect material too, (I'm a picky person when it comes to pillows LOL). My lashes came out so beautiful. I walked it not knowing specifically what I wanted but with the assistance of Emily we were able to find the best lashes to suit me. This place was great the first time I went, the owner was very accommodating and everything went well. The salon was opening at a different location after COVID so I attempted to make an appointment in June and was ignored for weeks after calling the salon, texting the business number, and leaving an IG message. Never got back to me again and the owner removed me from following her IG page after I posted a comment saying I hadn't received a call back so I found another place I am happy with.
