Customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t even give any stars. I Felt very frustrated and uncomfortable at this location with who assisted us. (I wish I would’ve ask his name). Gentleman that came up to assist at the door when we walked in was very sassy, had an attitude and rushed the process. We Came in to look for suits for my wedding and to look for something for my father. My father didn’t know what type of suit he wanted so I was hoping someone would show him some options they had and be helpful, but he was not. The employee said they do not try suits there because they aren’t fitted, which fine. but I expected to be helped by being shown options and with someone who concerned themselves to know what the customer actually wanted. he did not give any opinions or bothered to show what suit material or style they had or suggested to get a feel of what my dad liked. He acted bothered by every little thing which if he did not intend to be helpful he should not have grabbed us at the door. He made a face as if he was disgusted which pissed me off. He had picked out my father’s suit style and went straight to asking for payment without bothering to say price ranges or show what the style it was. I showed him pictures of what I had wanted, but I wanted to see what was at their store. I Had to tell him that he went way too fast and I wanted to see the suit he was picking for him because we would have paid for something without seeing what it even looked like. I was okay with what he picked when he showed me thankfully, but I wish he was more friendly and more patient. I chose to come here because my fiance went to the Schaumburg location and said he had a good experience which I wished was the same for me. I left angry and upset with their customer service and hope that my experience with them to pick up their suits isn’t just...

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND AVOID THIS LOCATION. My father and I came to this location to pick out suits and get fitted for my sister's wedding. When I came into the store to pick up my suit because I was called, I was told that my suit had been given to another person by accident the night prior. The manager, Chris, was very rude and unapologetic only offering me 40% off an item which is the same offer I had literally received in the mail the same week. Unsatisfied I contacted corporate which went above and beyond to compensate me for that location's mistake. I later pick up my suit only to find out that they knowingly gave me the year's previous style which has a different colored seam and overall color which doesn't match the suit the groom picked out. And they ordered the wrong suit for my father now three times, the first of which we caught was previously already altered for another person due to obvious alterations made. So they tried to sell my father a used suit for the price of a new one. The following two were either oversized or as we now realize the last year's style. So now I have a suit that doesn't match the groom's and my father after 5 trips to the store does not have his. Corporate is currently trying to resolve the mistakes and I will update this review when they do.

GREAT PLACE TO GO TO GET A RENTAL OR EVEN BUY! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS MENSWEARHOUSE TO EVERYONE! LET ME START WITH THE STORE. THE LOCATION IS ACTUALLY NOT BAD. CONVENIENT FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF ITS RIGHT AT ONE OF THE ENTRANCES OF THE MALL. THE STORE ITS SELF IS SMALL BUT CLEAN DOESNT HAVE A WEIRD SMELL OR ANYTHING AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPED ME AT THEIR BEST POTENTIAL. I DIDNT FEEL PRESSURED TO RENTING NOR BUYING. VERY MELLOW YET RESPECTFUL. I TOOK A LOOK AT THE BOOK TO FIND A NICE TUX, AND THE GIRL WAS SO HELPFUL AND GAVE ME AN HONEST OPINIONS ABOUT THE TUX. "GREAT QUALITY!, JUST SOME COLORS AND STYLES SOMETIMES ISN'T FOR EVERYONE." I THOUGHT THAT WAS SO HONEST AND I WANT TO LOOK GOOD SOO SHE WAS HELPFUL! (THANK YOU!) SHE MEASURED ME NOT ONLY WAS CHARMING SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL. ANY WHO... SHE MEASURED ME GOT MY ORDER IN AND BEFORE I KNEW IT I WAS ALL SET. GREAT TIMING WITH EVERYTHING, I FELT COMFORTABLE.
