Starbucks — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I’ve been a daily starbucks customer for 10+ years now and this is hands down one of the worst starbucks Iv’e seen operated. The same drink will turn out different depending on who's making it and even though they accept mobile orders they keep them hidden behind the counter, don’t call your name out when your drink is ready, and you have to wait several minutes just to get someones attention to tell them that you have a mobile order - not convenient at all. Every other starbucks location Iv’e been to always puts the drinks that are ready to go on the outer counter for people to conveniently pick up, not sure why it’s not done this way at this location but it causes a lot of trouble for anyone trying to get in and out quickly. Today for example after letting an employee know I had a pick up order I waited 30+ minutes until the employee realized my drink had already been made within a few minutes of my arrival, my name was never called out, instead my drink was made and then hidden on their back counter until someone...

I wouldn’t recommend coming here in the afternoon. rude and unwelcoming everytime.. they act like I’m bothering them and as a Starbucks manager myself I say they make my order right half the time. One time I ordered and I got a matcha half empty…I totally understand things can get busy, but Starbucks prides itself on its customer service and friendlessness, it’s considered a third place. It’s unfortunate that I probably won’t return and just go to my own Starbucks location to make things easier. The only plus I’ll give is that the dining area is one of the nicest in town and they typically play really great music.

Starbucks on Stadium is very small. Me and a friend had to wait to sit at a table. Also, I made it first and I didn't want to order without him, but the staff stared me down as if I was coming in simply to use the wifi(which I wasn't) without paying for anything. So I ended up going ahead and ordering a few minutes before he made it because I felt super uncomfortable. I prefer the one on Southwest Dr to this one for sure. Over all the food and drink I got was ok. Got in a small fender bender leaving though. The parking lot is so small with the drive thru letting out in the parking lot. So a girl sped out of the drive thru and smacked me while I was backing out. So yeah, to say the least, I probably won't be back to this particular...
