Bought a used softball bat. Asked if they were checked for cracks and assured they were in good, used condition. Purchased a new grip to put on since the old one was bad. They put the new grip on. The bat broke at the handle after about 25 swings one week later. At first, they didn’t want to take it back at all because it wasn’t in the same condition as when I got it (which is why I was returning it). They wanted to give store credit. I told them we needed to ask someone else. They came back and said they would give me the money back for the bat but not the grip. I had to drive 45 minutes to this store so I called ahead to see if they were really going to be able to help me find the items I was looking for. The young lady, sales clerk, was so helpful over the phone and even more so when we arrived! I was able to find the sports items I needed and even the hard to find ones. It was also a great savings at Play it Again Sports. I highly recommend shopping there first!! Save time...
