I recently took my son’s pre-built Skytech PC to K13 after it suddenly stopped working. He had cleaned it using a can of air duster and, in the process, accidentally loosened a connection on the motherboard, which caused the system to stop powering on.
We opted for K13’s emergency service, and their team quickly diagnosed the issue. They confirmed that a loose connection was the cause and ensured all components were properly reseated. They didn’t try to upsell us a new power supply or suggest any unnecessary repairs—just a straightforward solution and a half-hour labor charge.

Unfortunately, Skytech refused to honor the warranty, but after discussing a custom build with K13, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could offer a more powerful system at a lower price point.

Most people are aware that comsoles can take more abuse than a PC, I was not. I expressed that I was a console player when I was in the store looking to shop. Since I purchased my PC 2 years ago, I have learned a lot like the fact that you put very cheap components in this PC and sold me a $900 PC for $1500 and a 90 day warranty on a PC is crap. If you can't warranty your work for a year all your parts are cheap Chinese crap. My AIO had a bunch of sand in it. I didn't want to wait 3 days? Read moreExcellent customer service! We recently contacted K13 for our computer & in-house networking needs at our busy office, and they have gone above and beyond. They brought in & installed a new, faster server for our network. I was prepared for the worst... for our operating software to be off line for hours. Nope! They had everything back up within around 30 minutes. All of our work stations received a memory upgrade & windows upgrade. I can't tell you what a relief they have brought to us, all work stations work efficiently & MUCH faster. No more waiting... & waiting... while the computer thinks. If we have a problem, they are kind, patient & happy to help. (Bless their souls they have to be patient with me, I'm not tech savvy AT ALL) They are able to remote in from their office & solve most problems within a matter of minutes. It is a life saver.
