Worst game store I’ve been into period. 2 months ago my wife bought me a PS4 console for my birthday at this store and when we got it home the same night it had roaches in it and was missing screws. The very next day she brought it back and the store manager (Sara Swift) agreed to give her her money back and told her she had voided the purchase and all she did was wright her name on the recipe because apparently their system doesn’t have the capability of printing up and official “refund”receipt. After a few weeks of still not seeing the $300.00 come back to our bank account she started calling back to figure out where the money was. Sara the manager was rude, she was not interested one bit of helping us with our dilemma all she had to say was that “it was out of her hands.” Well after 1 month of still not seeing our money I decided to go into the store to talk to her and see what was going on with our money. At this point they had the game console and our money, the manager wasn’t in but the rude girl at the counter( who was on her phone the whole time and rude to other customers as well) told me that she found my order and that I’d had been refunded and I asked to see proof on her screen. I was informed that she was not allowed to show me her screen that I was supposed to take their word for it. They got the manager on the phone and as usual she was unhelpful and uncaring. Long story short she would not help, she denied me the ability to speak with anyone higher than her, she wouldn’t give me any sort of corporate or district management number to call and I was asked to leave because I told them that I was prepared to get a lawyer involved if they didn’t get me in contact with someone higher than their junk store. 2 months later, I still have no money, the fraud department at my bank can’t help me because the voided receipt where she simply wrote void on it with pen didn’t prove that they refunded it and it didn’t prove that they took the console back. The receipt was legally useless and still no one from higher up has reached out to me and this store is not willing to help. They have a nice little money steeling scam going on here. It works. This store is dirty, has roaches and has rude people working and managing it and they flat up steel your money. If your value your time and your dollar do not risk shopping here. If you ever have a problem they will not fix and if you do buy a console here, never ever return it for a refund, they will keep the console and you will never see the refunded...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. This store will buy stolen items. I had someone steal some ps4 games from me and sell them here. When I called and asked if they had those specific titles, they told me they had been brought in by who stole them that day. I told them they were stolen and they said they "blacklisted" him from selling anymore. I asked if I could have my things back and they said no. 2 months later, more things went missing and I called again and asked about specific movies and games and they once again said it was brought in by the same person. I asked why they were accepted if he had been blacklisted. They said "oh I guess he is, I don't know why they were accepted". Once again they refused to give my things back. The final time this happened, my ps4 was stolen and once again sold by the same person who was "blacklisted". I described the ps4 down the Darth Vader decal on it and the stickers I had covered it in. They said it had been brought in a few weeks ago by the same person. Once again, they denied giving my things back. I went there in person about 2 or 3 weeks ago, and asked to see the sale history of that person so see if my missing movies were there. The boy behind the counter said no. I told him I had looked at the sale history before and asked if the policy had changed. He said no. He continued to refuse until I asked him what changed that I suddenly couldn't look. He finally looked that person up and said he wasn't in their system. So I asked if their system wipes itself clean. He said no. I said he should be in there then. He magically couldn't find this person. My gut feeling tells me he knows this person who stole all this stuff from me. He finally said he could not help me. They are lucky I didn't go to the police when this all happened....

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to Game X Change, I had no choice but to shout from the digital rooftops about Noah and Hunter. These two aren’t just employees – they’re gaming demigods sent from the heavens to bless us mere mortals with their knowledge and kindness.
Noah greeted me like I was a long-lost adventurer returning from battle, and within minutes had solved a problem I’d been dealing with for days. It was like watching Gandalf fix a corrupted save file with a wave of his staff. His recommendations? Spot-on. His energy? Immaculate. His vibe? Unmatched.
Then there’s Hunter, who must have been bitten by a radioactive strategy guide, because the dude KNOWS. HIS. STUFF. He helped me find rare games I’d been hunting for, answered every obscure question I had like he was reciting cheat codes from memory, and even pointed out a deal I didn’t know I needed. I’m convinced he’s the final evolution of customer service.
Together, Noah and Hunter are the ultimate co-op duo – the Mario and Luigi of Game X Change, the Master Chief and Cortana of retail. Helpful, friendly, insanely knowledgeable, and just downright cool. If there were a Game X Change Hall of Fame, their faces would be carved into it in glowing 8-bit stone.
