Hilton diamond member here...Had a booked confirmation for one night May 20th 2024 check in check out on May 21st 2024. Arrived in Memphis late due to a problem with the flight and then drove to jonesboro and didn't arrive until 2:00 a.m.. I had no suspicion whatsoever that I had walked into a big pile of crap but when I got there, walked in the front door expecting to see someone at the front desk so I could check in and get a few hours sleep before I needed to be at a local company for a service call. I literally stay in Hilton and Hampton inns throughout the year for and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had... Let me stress that again by far! Walked in the front door, tired and ready to get a few hours sleep and no one to be found. Kitchen door to the food prep area was standing wide open, I walked the halls for about 20 minutes on the first floor seeing if I can find anybody, called the place no less than eight times on my cell phone trying to get a hold and nothing no answer on any of my tries. Luckily there was another beautiful hotel in the Hilton chain right up the street at the University and I was able to get into a room there by 3:00 a.m. for 3 hours of sleep before I was needed on site at a local conveyor manufacturer. Needless to say I would never go back to this place it is an absolute joke of a customer service experience. All I can think is that somebody quit or fell asleep on the job and that person should have been fired for sure.

As you arrive, it is easier to check-in first and then park and carry your luggage through side door as it is closer to the elevator. Room was large enough and modern. Hot breakfast did not include made to order egg. Choices were somewhat limited. Gold and Diamond members can get breakfast for free, if paying perhaps there are other places in the area for better breakfast. One thing that was upsetting, the room I checked in still had garbage from the previous desk. During covid times, I figure if they miss this, how good of a job they do sabitizing between guests. So if you are sensitive about this stuff, I would call ahaed and make sure they really clean the room in between guests. Lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with the information about the area and the restaurants.

Customer service is five stars. Every employee we spoke to during our 3 day stay was extremely helpful and welcoming. Having said that, everything else was a disappointment. The room itself wasn't clean. There were several items laying around on the floor from the last people who had stayed there. I found a used beauty blender, hair clips and an entire unopened beard trimmer kit which was under the bed. There was white spray residue on literally every wood grain surface. I don't know if it was pledge cleaner or bug spray but it smelled more like bug spray. The coffee maker smelled so bad I couldn't use it and so did the mini fridge. The bathroom was probably the biggest issue. Never at any time during three days did we get to have a hot shower. Room temperature was about as good as it got and to achieve that you had to turn the faucet all the way to hot and let it run for several minutes. I even tried filling the tub for a regular bath but that went just as poorly. I have never stayed anywhere that didn't have hot water, let alone a Hilton. On top of that the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the toilet seat had stains and damage. The sink counter top was also falling off of the wall. Also the bedroom curtain was broken and didn't close all the way. Breakfast was not worth 12.50 which I'll admit is less than getting even McDonald's but at least McDonald's would have had options. There wasn't even individual milk cartons or any drinks that weren't watered down and shared and touched by everyone. There was almost nothing left of the fruit or bacon when we got there at 7:30 and it wasn't busy or full. I've been to plenty of places where the breakfast was free and had a much better selection. All in all, I feel like the employees deserve a better place to work since the service they provided was so great but the actual place they work isn't up to standard. Whoever owns this particular Hilton should maybe reconsider owning hotels. They aren't...

We stopped here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jonesboro, AR, late last Friday night on 3/11/22 to avoid a ice and snowstorm moving across the country. We went straight to bed and upon leaving the next morning, 3/12/22 asked for a copy of our invoice for our records as we always do on our way out. When the person at the desk, Tracey, printed it , there were (3) incorrect charges from the Grill, $32.52, $32.52 and $16.36, for a total of $81.30 in incorrect charges to our bill. We were there for less than 12 hours. The Grill was not open when we arrived, and we did not have breakfast. We came straight out of the elevator to the front desk. Tracey said there was no way to remove the incorrect charges after the room had been closed out. I said I need to speak with the manager as this is ridiculous. Tracy said I would have to wait there until Monday, as her manager, Karen, would not be available until then. We immediately called our bank to dispute the charges. Yesterday was Monday. I tried to call throughout the day and no one answered the phone most of the time. I got thru twice. Once to leave my name and number for a return call as Karen was in a meeting. The second time, I was able to leave a voicemail for her. There has been more than enough time to resolve this issue and they have done nothing. They are criminal. Also, when we were looking at options in the car on Friday night, it said there rate for the night was $116. They charged us $144 when we arrived. There are many other choices in Jonesboro, AR. My bank will stand behind us in the dispute, but shame on Hilton for allowing one of there hotels to be run by incompetent and criminal employees. No one has even attempted to return my call. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

In reply to your comment. No one from your management responded to my (2) messages since Monday. I have contacted Hilton directly and have a case number. I have also contacted my bank about your...

We only stayed one night (we were on our way from Pensacola Florida to Iowa.) But for that one night it was quite comfortable. White cotton sheets and numerous fluffy pillows to lull you to sleep. The room has all the accommodations you could want, with a keurig coffee maker with complimentary k cups. A microwave, dorm fridge, and desk also included just for kicks. Clean bathroom with your usual mini hygiene kit; shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc... Well stocked in towels which is a welcome indulgence. Last but not least the room gives you a nice flat screen tv, welcome entertainment for weary travelers. Just to add another maraschino cherry to top the ice cream sunday review I'm providing you is the breakfast. Now I've stayed in what I consider many hotels and usually they offer a "complimentary" breakfast which as you know means you pay for it upfront rather then during your meal. This is all fine and dandy but the breakfast usual involves some cereal selections and a pastry or two. Hilton has a different method which I have found I preferred. As opposed to including the breakfast in your overall hotel room rate they have an optional all you can eat breakfast buffet. Its about $9.95 for this, which is a bit pricey as a tend to stay on a tight budget, but I've found it to be well worth it. The selection is truly amazing. I won't bore you with listing off every delectable they provide, my compliments if you've made it this far in my review. Regardless to say you get many mouth watering choices and you can make requests to the cooks and they will make something specially for you. They prepared a hot plate of French toast topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar for me and I was more then pleased. The servers provided excellent service and had this warm southern demeanor,...
