Cathy's Smoke Shop — Local services in Joshua

Ive been going here and spending hundreds of dollars at this store the past 2 years, however today they dropped the ball in an unforgiving way. I purchased a banger, a water tobacco pipe, and shot glass. The man did not wrap any of the pieces in any sort of protective bubble wrap or anything close to that and everything ended up in one bag. Of course when I get home and set it down on the counter to check it all out, the banger was broken in half. When I called the store to explain what happened they told me that it was technically “wrapped” by putting one paper bag inside the other and that there was nothing they would do since it was broken after it left the store despite the inadequate job done during check out. While I understand how that rule can be a great excuse, I’m writing this review due to the absolutely terrible customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude the entire conversation and could care less to actually help me out and give a good name for their business. I’ve been coming here for a while now and never had a problem with the product or service. This morning I went in to buy CAMO wraps and I asked if I could check it before I leave because last time the girl sold me two packs and they were very very stale. She says no! I’m like but it’s no good, you are selling bad product, and im spending my money why not? She proceeds to rudely tell me it’s too early for this , this is the rule! She didn’t even wanna hear what I had to say! Sadly is usually how my interactions go with them and it’s sad! You wanna take our money but not give us good product!
