Riding the Juneau Tram was one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we boarded, the experience was smooth, scenic, and unforgettable. The tram ride itself is quick but packed with jaw-dropping views of the harbor, forested mountains, and the town of Juneau below.
Once at the top, we were greeted with even more stunning vistas — perfect for photos! There’s a great nature center, a gift shop with locally made items, and a short trail that leads to an incredible overlook. We even took time to watch a short documentary about the Tlingit, indigenous peoples of Alaska, which was a special treat.

Try to stand by the windows for a good view but honestly the best view is at the top of the tram when you get out and walk around and just enjoy.
