USA Grill And Patio rescued us from a bad situation. Our contractor built us a beautiful looking grille. Unfortunately we encountered several problems. The most recent resulted in the interior structure of the grill catching on fire. Instead of fitting the grill into a metal casing. Our old contractor used fire resistant board and made a box for the grill. In theory this sound fine but the reality is not. This board was secured by screws which were drilled into a wood frame (wood frame is the second problem). When screws heat to 350 degrees they can ignite wood (that's what happened). I woke up in the morning to see smoke billowing from my grill (I had definitely turned the grill off the night before). Fire department was called and there was a lot of damage, the heat registered 450 degrees. On a friends recommendation we called USA Grill And Patio. They came right over, gave us a VERY reasonable price and within 2 days the structure was fixed and retrofitted for a fireproof metal sleeve and the new grill was installed and tested. They even gave us tips on grilling, how to detect gas leaks and what to do in various situations. I came upon USA Grill and Patio"s website on line and went there because it was in West Palm Beach. I had priced grills on line and at Home Depot. USA Grill and Patio met the Home Depot price (which did not include delivery and set up), delivered and set up my new grill for no extra charge. They also took away my old grill for a very reasonable price. My new grill was delivered within a few days and at the exact date and time promised.
