D.P. Dough — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

Julia is the manager at night and she has the worst attitude possible. I love DP dough and all of their locations. But Julia single handedly ruined the experience for me. I would never like to order from DP dough when there are so many other local restaurants to choose from. If you want to, find terrible customer service go here, becuase they don’t follow the rules of other DP doughs locations. The only person helpful at this location was no one. I’ve never experienced worst customer service possible. I’ve been going to Western for four years and I’ve always had pleasant experience at DP Dough but Julia is the worst manager possible and is the most degrading person ever and makes customer’s feel stupid just like how I felt from her tonight. Edit: went back. And I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from this location again. We ordered 2 calzones and the pesto sticks. Received my food and checked it before I left the parking lot and one calzone was wrong so I brought both calzones in and told them I had the wrong order. I watched them look through my food with no gloves and then prepare to give it back to me because one of the calzones was correct. I addressed the manager about this problem and he promptly made the employee put on gloves. But then I realized they were trying to give me back the correct calzone that he had touched with no gloves. I asked for a refund for the two calzones, took my pesto sticks because they were already in my car and left. I'm sorely disappointed that a place this fantastic has such poor hygiene standards especially during this "pandemic"

I called into the store to see about a promotion code that didnt seem to be working properly and the manager seemed rushed and quiet and like he didnt wanna talk i explained to him that the advertisement they had out about 3.99 calzones said nothing about one per order he said “well thats how it is” i said “is there anything you can do for me “ he replied “no” i said “well thanks alot” he replied “no problem “ with quite an attitude so i asked for his name to which he replied “have a good day” and hung up i called back and asked an employee the first and last name of the manager to which he replied “his name is payton but i dont even know his last name” i said ill be leaving a review on google and to corporate and he replied “may i ask why?” So i told him that his manager was very rude and unprofessional... Im just shocked with the managers tone and lack of profession ill be calling...
