We've ordered quite a few times. It's hit or miss. When it's good, it's so amazing, but it's rare that's it's actually good. They don't pay attention to special instructions. I never get the extra sauces that I pay for. I always use door dash. Tonight the special instructions weren't available so I called the restaurant. The girl told me it should work on door dash so I explained again that it did not work. She stated they could deliver to me for cheaper. I gave her my address just for her to tell me I was out of the delivery range and she couldn't help me. I asked again if I could order on door dash and tell her that I didn't want sour cream on one wrap. She stated I had to do special instructions through doordash, she couldn't take them over the phone. I, again, stated it wasn't working. She then told me the last time she knew it was working so she didn't know what to do and couldn't help me. Really! Her tone of voice was very condisending. We won't be ordering from them again.
