Two Fellas Grill — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

We've ordered quite a few times. It's hit or miss. When it's good, it's so amazing, but it's rare that's it's actually good. They don't pay attention to special instructions. I never get the extra sauces that I pay for. I always use door dash. Tonight the special instructions weren't available so I called the restaurant. The girl told me it should work on door dash so I explained again that it did not work. She stated they could deliver to me for cheaper. I gave her my address just for her to tell me I was out of the delivery range and she couldn't help me. I asked again if I could order on door dash and tell her that I didn't want sour cream on one wrap. She stated I had to do special instructions through doordash, she couldn't take them over the phone. I, again, stated it wasn't working. She then told me the last time she knew it was working so she didn't know what to do and couldn't help me. Really! Her tone of voice was very condisending. We won't be ordering...

This place was a complete joke. My fiance and I sat outside for 40 minutes with no knowledge of when or what to expect. (Not even close to the 1st time this has happened).. Eventually calling back to check on the progress of our order, i was put on hold for almost 10 minutes for the girl on the other end to tell me "my ticket got lost" and "it would be about 10 more minutes." An hour for a wrap!?!?!? She was rude, and the restaurant as a whole was sloppy and unprofessional. They need all new staff. I asked for a refund and she acted like she couldnt hear me.. I WILL NEVER go there again. P.s- they ask if you could give a tip, over the phone!!. Of course I did, but I was blown away. You dont ASK your customers to tip you !

I went to this place with a friend a few weeks ago and was delightfully surprised by the food prices and selection available. Considering the menu was not super huge it covered a wide array of different style burritos or dubs. As well as salads soups and more. The prices were very reasonable for what you were getting as well. Service was a little slow but mainly due to only one register. The team work in the kitchen was impressive and you can easily see food being made correctly and properly right behind the counter. The atmosphere was actually not that bad. The only reason why I gave three stars was because it wasn't 100% clean but it was also a busy day. This building is an old Wendy's that has been gutted and refitted. It's not a bad look but reminds me of the old school Coney Islands that you may go to. Don't expect high fashion, nice seating, or fancy TVs and screens. Expect the food to blow your mind and your friends to keep you...
