I bought a ring here in Sept with Montana sapphires in it. A few weeks after arriving home I noticed one of the sapphires was missing. I contacted the gallery and was very pleased with how they handled the problem. I returned the ring and they replaced it with an upgraded ring. They were very responsive and quick to make it right.
