I have been coming here for some time and eating their food, drinking their coffee, and diving into their desserts. I can honestly say, that everything I have ever tried has been top notch! The breakfast burrito is by far the best one I've ever had, and I've had my fair share of breakfast burritos in my day. When they have soups, my heart leaps because I know Codi always makes amazing soups that I am dying to try. The chocolates that Karen makes are heavenly. Recently, she's been making Dubai bars that I have only been able to have a couple of times because they sell out so fast. She also makes truffles, chocolate covered Oreos, and my favorite, her scones. If you want to experience the worlds best scones, go to Birch! The owner, Stephanie, is so personable and really makes you feel at home. I love chatting with her and learning more about her flourishing business. We absolutely love everything about Birch Provisions, from the food to the coffee to the service. Their grown up grilled cheese with bacon is hands down the best grilled cheese we've ever had, and the owner is an absolute delight who obviously puts tremendous care, time and energy into creating our favorite breakfast/lunch spot in the valley. We loved our stop here! This place is really nice and clean. There is outdoor and indoor seating. We loved the outdoor seating overlooking downtown Bigfork. They also have a cute gift store area. We got a couple of coffees and a smoothie. It did take about 15-20 minutes to get all four of our drinks. The coffees were strong but good. They had so many flavors and options which is GREAT!
