So glad I was able to use t.s.e for my wedding. They truly are a one stop shop. I had them do my wedding video, my pre-wedding, post wedding, and full ceremony and reception, I already had a band for my reception, and I couldn't resist booking their dj for my mc and used him as an extension of my band to keep our party rocking til 2am. I had several photographers all over my big day, all from them. They all worked so well together to get maximum coverage of my big day. My favorite thing about them was how well they all communicated and worked together, since all the support staff was from one place it made it so much easier to say "hey i am ready to cut the cake" and the mc made the announcement, all the photographers were in place and it didnt take 20 minutes to wrangle the dj, photographers, and videographer (like the last wedding I went to, where it took 15 minutes just to get ready for the first dance because nobody communicated, it was a zoo) I was amazed with my final product, the photos were so creative and they were so intuitive about what I needed and wanted. I was so worried I'd end up with 700 shots of us at different times of our wedding that all looked identical, but each and every photo was better than the last. The photographer, April went above and beyond! She was so professional, helpful, considerate, and sweet! She gave helpful tips in moments of stress and was so flexible with our timeline and requests. Her photos came out absolutely stunning and made our wedding party laugh and have fun! April made my day so special and I could not recommend her more!

The videography was incredible! Kylea was so kind, involved, and on the job! She times everything perfectly and was so attentive to the whole crew and most importantly the bride and groom!

In the current world we live in, customer service is a word that seems to have been lost to many businesses. I have learned to have low expectations nowadays with a lot of interactions. It is refreshing to find a company who still understand the importance of going above and beyond. We booked Alex for our daughter's recent wedding. It was held in our church, so music selection and reverence for the area was an important aspect for us. We were apprehensive about the outcome, but I can say our expectations were not only met, but greatly exceeded. Alex was as respectful and polite as anyone could ask for. He arrived early, and even though our event was wrapped up, he stayed for the agreed upon amount of time. It was a welcome change from what we are used to experiencing.
