I don't know if this place has changed hands since these last reviews or what but I had the most disappointing lunch I've had in a long time there today. The tomato soup was served to me lukewarm and it had a metallic taste to it that definitely made it seem like it was canned. I had a caramel apple cinnamon roll and it was barely a step above a Hostess wrapped dessert. The only thing that was decent was the grilled cheese, but seriously, who can mess up grilled cheese? Overall a very disappointing experience, 2/5.

Response to the owner: I was looking at my google reviews to edit a more recent 5 star review I provided another establishment and just now came across your response. While certainly quite late, I would be happy to elucidate why I didn't complain in person. Your staff seemed a bit gruff so I wasn't sure criticism would even be received in a constructive way, I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to wait on food being remade, and if the soup was canned, as I expected it might be, and your baked goods being pre-made I don't see how the items I was unhappy with could have been improved. Also your defensive snide comment about your inability to understand why I didn't complain to your face instead of full receptiveness to the comment sort of supports my point. I almost never write bad reviews for small businesses, but this was...not a great experience. I'm honestly floored - I expected it to be good, based on other reviews/photos.

My friend and I each ordered a half sandwich on sourdough, and we both got extra mayo. Both of them were completely soggy and the bread was falling apart. We ordered at the counter and then ate in the car in the parking lot, so it's not like they were sitting for a long time. It was not a typical fresh sourdough; honestly, it tasted, looked, and felt like white bread from a bag. I had mashed avocado on mine too, which made it even soggier. Like, I could feel how soggy the bread was through the paper it was wrapped in. I cannot express how soggy these sandwiches were. The ingredients were falling out all over the place, too. It genuinely seemed like it was the first sandwich someone had ever made, LOL. It was like a sandwich you'd make for your worst enemy. IMO, extra mayo does not mean half a jar of mayo dripping out of the sandwich.

Also, it should be a crime to charge $3.50 for a cup of KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE. You can see in the photo - that is unmistakably Kraft (and it wasn't even that cheesy).

The veggies/meat/cheese were fresh and tasted fine, and the staff were very nice. I liked the latte I ordered too and my friend enjoyed her iced tea; I'd just stay away from the food here...

Went at 11:40 today to get a simple breakfast sand (English muffin, egg and cheese) but the younger girl with pink hair I believe wouldn’t take my order because she said it was past breakfast.it’s not like I’m ordering a omelet or eggs Benedict, also the lunch menu includes sandwiches such as sausage and cheese croissant and pretty much any sandwich you ask for. Not to mention I’m a frequent multiple time a week customer. She wasn’t professional at all, didn’t have a customer oriented attitude and was dressed in a sweatshirt and looked like she rolled out of bed without any effort to look presentable to the public.I drove away feeling disgusted not only with the fact she didn’t take my simple order, but her attitude towards me like I’m retarded to ask a for a English muffin, cheese and egg sandwich at 11:40am on a Saturday morning. Reply to owner: Yes, I’m positive it was the kalispell franchise on Main Street. The unusual thing is the menu clearly states breakfast all day, also you can order breakfast online through your aloha web ordering all day, I just don’t understand why they said no breakfast after 11:30 when the menu and online ordering clearly state otherwise. Is it laziness on the part of the cook so they can get out faster at closing time? Or is it a direction...
