Shortys Barbershop — Local services in Kalispell

We were staying in town visiting Glacier National Park and my husband desperately needed a beard trim. We stopped in at another barbershop (the most reviewed in town) but didn’t even get so much as a greeting after walking in and sitting in the waiting area for 10 mins. We left and decided to try Shorty’s instead and we were so glad we did. We were greeted right away and as a walk-in were taken care of after a short 10-12 minute wait. Owner is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! Do not go here ! I’m from out of town , came in called her before hand and she said ok to get a neck trim . This worn down place was completely empty . She said sorry you need an appointment when I walked in . She had no remorse and thankfully I’m glad because she did not seem skilled at all . Bad customer service ! Learn etiquettes ! Its a great atmosphere with amazing people that work there and are very goid at what they do. Every employee in there made an attempt to make my visit a good one, which I liked a lot. Most places only the one doing my hair or nails made that attempt but here every girl asked if I needed anything or they complimented what was being done and actually sparked up a conversation. I laughed more then I have in forever. Very fun place to go and I would highly recommend everyone there to everyone I know. I will for sure be going only there from now on....
