This is a great truck! Don’t get me wrong. The service was a little iffy, however I’m not going to knock the truck for that as only one awesome guy was running it. We came right at 11 so the carne asada and pollo truly tasted like it was made the night before. We were given one box for multiple tacos for multiple people. The burritos were amazing. The street tacos could’ve have extra oomph as they were super dry. As someone who has lived in Guatemala and Honduras, I may be a bit harsh- so take this with a grain of salt. I want that spark to happen. All in all, great tacos but get your salsa and guacamole together and you’ll be unstoppable. We didn’t have any of that offered to us at BRCC it was just a really dry taco, 🤣 just meat and the tortilla. Will try again because I think they’re...
Read moreI always drive by this food truck and think i should try it. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito California style. I was told 10 minutes. It was more like 20 minutes. They seem to cook one order at a time. I believe my burrito was supposed to have fries in it, but didn't. The 5 tiny pieces of steak i received in my burrito were mostly gristle, that i had to spit out. I was definitely thinking my experience would of been better, but it wasn't. Also, zero enthusiasm from the two guys working. This place could probably rake in loads of money, if it changed somethings. I can't really imagine much profit during the cold months. I'm sure the tourist season saves them. Good luck...

The only drawbacks are the wait of 20 minutes (I'm guessing because the food was made fresh?) and no atmosphere (because it's a food truck). The prices seem a bit high for the little overhead of a food truck. The price was equivalent to a sit down restaurant price, but surely there's less overhead with a food truck. Given all of that, we'll still probably go back because the food tasted...
