Bolt Ranch Store — Local services in Kamas

I wish I could give this place a better review. I have been in retail management for 10+ years and my family even owns multiple boutiques. I purchase a pair of wrangler pants for a family member and the size did not work. Unfortunately, the family member does not live in the area so by the time I was able to get the pants back to the store to exchange, it had been several months. Fortunately, these pants are a staple for the store, and they restock them all the time. Sadly, they were unwilling to let me exchange the pants because the time lapse. They lied and said the system won’t allow them to which is not true. With my experience in retail you can always exchange. As long as the store has the product and it’s not affecting the product margins, it is no harm no foul to perform an exchange. The company is not losing anything, however the company is keeping a client happy and satisfied to continue to patronize the store in the future. I never asked for any money back; I was simply attempting to get the product my family member wanted to keep to fit. I used to support the store all the time as I live right up the road. Bringing friends and family as well. I do not appreciate the insincerity or lack of care from three of the people representing this boutique. I've never been in this store, and I am OBSESSED with small business, and small business owners. Buy local is what I go for. I walked in and thought it was so cute, asked the girl where her bathroom is cause I came from SLC, and I have never been so stunned for an answer to where the bathroom is. She looked at me like I was stupid, waited about three seconds in that 'youre stupid' look on her face pointed to the bathroom next to the entrance. Bolt Ranch Store is an amazingly wonderful store! It has absolutely beautiful clothing and even better service. Ryan is THE BEST! He went over and beyond to help me purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter who lives across the nation.
