This is by far the best butcher shop in Northern Utah. I've been to most of them and this one is by far the best.

The people who own the shop are absolutely amazing. Very kind people, who always do their best to help you in anyway. I've had them order me specific things on a few occasions and they always pull through. I mostly buy their sushi grade salmon (I make a lot of poke bowls). They fly it in fresh like 3 times a week. It's never disappointed.

The quality of their meats is fantastic. I've always received high quality, fresh meat from these guys. Their prices are obviously higher than grocery store prices but that's to be expected from any butcher since their products in general are much higher quality. The Stock Exchange in Kamas earned a forever customer!!! My wife and I were heading out on a quick camping trip with friends and stopped to grab a couple steaks. As we entered the store we realized the power was out and the staff was frantically trying to save thousands of dollars of product! In the midst of a crisis, Wes offered to take us offsite where they were storing meats! He gave us two steaks and wouldn’t take money for them!!! Of course I stopped by the store the following week and paid, but WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! BTW, the steaks were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! If ya don't know - DON'T GO! ;-) Cause I want ALL the meats for me! I love love love this place! I feel so lucky to have this so close to home. Especially since the local grocer does not have the best choice of meat. They have amazing steaks, fish, frozen ahi, duck breast, sausages .... I could go on and on. They even have the amazing bread from midway that they just started carrying.

I have also ordered my turkey from there this past year and they were kind enough to hold it for me till I needed it for T-day.

The staff and owner are super friendly and I just love going there and supporting them. Great quality meats...
