Shamanic Twist | Institute, Wellness Centre & Studio — Local services in Kamas

My husband and I l attended a beautiful despacho/prayer ceremony offered as a free community event at the Shamanic Twist Wellness Center in Kamas. How refreshing for a business to offer a free event which included all materials for each participant to create their own prayer bundle. The ceremony was facilitated by Marissa who is one of the shamanic energy practitioners at the center. The event was well attended with about 40 participants filling the yoga studio. They offer daily yoga classes as well as a variety of self-care services like massage, facials and energy clearing sessions. It’s wonderful to have a center in Kamas to offer all these great services. There’s even a little specialty gift shop! I’ll look forward to other upcoming events which they mentioned will be offered regularly. Check them out in the second floor of the medical building in the Foodland...

The group breathwork workshops provided by Dalton and Abby are without a doubt some of the most incredible experiences I've ever had the pleasure of having. They do an amazing job to ensure that everyone has an incredible session, and that anybody who may be new or unfamiliar with the process was well informed. Everyone feels at home, and there is nothing less than incredible healing of the soul being done. They also have a few items such as incense, sherpa rugs, and some cyrstals for sale (at very fair prices mind you). Though it's far from a store. Breathworks lead by Dalton and Abbi was a superb experience. After an introduction to the technique of breathing and centering ourselves in our a spiritual shield, we laid back onto our mats. Listened to an incredible sound track Dalton puts together for us, we begin our breathwork journey. Dalton and Abbi were incredibly attentive guides throughout our journey. The sound journey was the last stage, which involved being immersed in the sound bowls' frequencies entering, healing, or fine tuning our body and soul. Wonderful and a must...
