Shame on Carquest I grew up as a neighbor to this store for many years. When this store initially went in I had a great rapport with the employees and managers. A great place to go when I needed parts for my car. I cannot say that anymore. Over the last couple years the company has lost its touch with the small town community. They won't park their employees at their business. They park them on the streets. They park them lined up in front of my Grandmothers house. 4 cars in total line her property all week. Now I understand a home on main street next to businesses you would expect customers to park there at times. No it's not against the law as it is a city/state road but it's not a question about can you but should you. Should you park your business vehicles in front of someone's house every day? Should you line the streets of the main inlet of the city? There have been times that I can't park there (pre COVID) and I need to find somewhere else. My poor grandmother now lives in fear. Will she accidently back into someone's car as she leaves her home? Will she face retaliation if she doesn't just let them do what they want? Many of her family have tried to talk to the owners and the answer is the same "it's a city road and we can park there if we want". Shame on you Carquest for unwillingness to work on the issue, for your lack of small town values, and for not addressing a problem you have...

Did not have the best experience. They quoted me a price for an item, when I ended up purchasing the item it only came with half of the product I ordered and they said that I would have to pay The same price to complete my order. Ended up costing me double what I was quoted. Then the cherry on top was, when I received the product it was used and not functioning. I did end up getting a functioning part in the end but only after four trips to the store, many phone calls and a lot more money than I was quoted. Never again will I visit this store.
