I won’t EVER rent out one of the party rooms again. For one it was really expensive for what was provided, for two they didn’t even have the decorations they advertised, three you only have one hour in the room, it’s 15 minutes in between parties and last but certainly not least the pizza wasn’t even there on time!! You have ONE person cleaning up after the previous party (Hoping the previous party finished on time) and decorating for your party, all in that 15 minutes. He has headphones in, doesn’t have any help, and he doesn’t seem to be in a hurry. At least 15 minutes INTO our scheduled party time he finally finishes decorating and everyone is now sitting down at this point trying to eat pizza that just barely arrived. We didn’t even have the water pitchers they are supposed to provide, he then comes in and asks if we want water while everyone is trying to eat. 80% full of ice so you can guess it ran out quickly and no one came to see if we needed more. The front desk person came in very rude towards the end of our scheduled time. My husband and I are helping our one year old daughter open her gifts, she doesn’t pull me aside or anything but interrupts and loudly says you only have 15 minutes left and there is another party that’s starting to get here. She says this in front of everyone with a stern look on her face and I say okay thank you but you do know that the gentleman cleaning/decorating wasn’t ready in time for us right? She then is trying to argue while we are opening gifts and it’s just embarrassing for us at this point. I say okay thanks and now we are QUICKLY trying to pack everything up and get out of there, we weren’t even done with gifts. It was very upsetting and embarrassing. She then comes in to start cleaning up SO rude still and says to me “when one party is late, so is the next and by the end of the day we are very behind schedule” What I should have said is “and this is my fault why??”

Needless to say their party set up is VERY poorly planned. The front desk lady is very unprofessional. One of my guests even made a comment at the end about the situation.

The pool is fun and it made the rest of our party turn out great. Something to do for every age. We will return for the pool since we are locals but sadly not for...

This pool used to be amazing... The last year it's been awful *Hot tub is almost always closed *The pool is never maintained, always dirty, filled with tons of dirt, damaged *Slide is closed often for swim lessons, swim lessons are always prioritized over paying customers *No exit stairs at the bottom of the slide *High dive was removed and low dive is closed often *Very few lights are turned on so it's always dark *Lazy river sometimes has no pressure so it's still instead of flowing *Life vests are really hammered and there is less and less chest floaties every time *Big toys are getting very hammered *Chemicals are off, one visit will dye all the colors out of your suits and ruin your hair, also not well ventilated so the chlorine is thick in the air *Closed Sundays *After school hours don't start until 430 because they prioritize swim team whereas in the past they only kept the big pool closed for them and allowed the public in the kids pool at 230

We've bought year passes here for years and enjoyed it but have really regretted the money we've spent this year. Ironically they raised the prices this year and it's been so bad. In the past I would have rated 5 stars, now I wish I could rate 0. I'm hoping more people start speaking out and they bring it back up to the standards it used to be...

We visited this pool over Spring Break while on vacation, and it was so fun! We loved how warm the water was and the fun toys that were available to ride around and play with. We were also glad that the rules weren't as strict as at other recreation centers (kids could bring toys in the pool, wear monofins, go down the slide on an adult's lap, etc.) However, there is something VERY off with the chemicals in the water here.. Part way through swimming, I noticed my daughter's swimsuit was changing to a completely different color. It started off a bright neon pink and was suddenly lavender. 🧐 Even after washing it, the color is leached and splotchy. My sister's platinum blonde hair turned very noticeably yellow and chunks near her neckline broke off a few days later. Parts of my black swimsuit are now bleached around the edges, and others in our party have since noticed that their daughter's hair seems crunchy and damaged even weeks later.
