Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Kannapolis

Ho yes this authentic regional Mexican food restaurant it's very unique because I personally know that they'll be using nothing but naturally grown ingredients and also their meats be inspected before they can bring it inside their restaurant and they also fully cook all of their dishes that are ordered by everyone of their customers and also affordable much more cheaper than other Mexican restaurants where you be getting the very same thing but the prices are double and that's the main reason why I really recommend this place because you and All of your family and friends can make it over here and have a very good time without having to spend an arm and a leg by feading 3 or 4 people just give it a try and I promise you won't be disappointed at all and you will be well satisfied and everyone else that will come along with you. And also their staff are very much efficient at all times. Cause once you come in there you become their main concern about how well they would want to treat you including those who come along with you as long everyone acts with respect toward all of their staff and their presents clients and don't be making no harsh comments on nobody that might get offended and start a fight and cause trouble then your not going to be welcome back there anymore because of your behavior and conduct that you display the last time that you were there not acting up properly like a civilized citizens but acted like a nomads but if you truly apologize with the manager of the place and truly act like someone who got some sense he might let you come back in there and enjoy your favorite meal like the carne asada or TRES amigos with a couple of margaritas and cocktails or maybe a couple of coronitas and some rebate and also pilsener and suprema and also some tick tack tick, tack tick...

We usually go during the week and enjoy the food allot. We were on our way home on 4/15 and decided to stop by befor going to our house. They were busy and we knew there would be a wait. We went in and got our Number and waited to be seated. We only waited about 10 minutes and was seated. The waitress took our orders and brought us water and chips w/salsa. That was the last we saw of anyone. we sat and kept thinking our orders would be out in a minute. we sat on our booth for 45 minutes. After I saw a rather large table of about 10 people (who came in about 15 minutes after us) getting their order and noticed an older woman and her grandson who came in behind us checking out I inquired about our order. No one knew anything about it. The order was "Lost". they checked the computer and it was in the system but somehow it got "Lost". We were there over 1 hour & 15 Minutes and talked to 1 person who never checked back with us. The waiters and waitresses wo worked the tables around us just looked and never stopped to ask or offer us any help at all. when I finally got and answer they offered to put our orders in again. I told them we were going o leave.(by this time we were starving) They didn't say a word, offer an apology or anything. Prior to this we thought we ha found our new favorite spot. Now, I will be awhile befor we think of going back. They have good food but customer service for some people leaves something...

Not a fan of tables not being cleaned properly like ever!! But still stayed to eat since I was out with my family and hadn't picked the spot anyway. The food wasn't too terrible but definitely not authentic mexican food and I swear my sister's enchiladas were swimming in canned spaghetti sauce seriously like masked canned spaghetti sauce with some meat veggies and extra spices thrown in to try to make it something else that just wasn't working for it lol but that wasn't even the strangest part about our visit the staff literally were seating people and forgetting who sat where or if people were greeted at all and who ordered what like a major fiasco was going to happen at any moment and the place wasn't even packed nor did it look like it was going to get packed anytime soon so seating and service should be a breeze right.. nope wrong I literally watched an older couple get seated then ignored for several minutes then brought some chips and salsa and ignored further for another say 15 minutes or so to finally just get up and leave unhappily and moments later to have a staff member go to that table and clear the chips and salsa off and never wipe down the table!! So did I just sit and eat at a table that never got wiped down after an older couple sat there waiting to be ignored some more or what!?! I swear if I get sick and die from that adventure I'm definitely going to haunt them out of business!! Never...
