IMAX — Local services in Kansas City

The Imax theatre specifically is where this review is coming from! This was the first time we have been to this theatre! The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the screen and surround sound was amazing ! That's were the amazing ends unfortunately. The seats were the most uncomfortable seats I have ever set in, in my entire Life anywhere! The seats are small, close together and they do not recline at all. They sit straight up and down! They charge an upcharge for this theatre and an upcharge for preferred site. One minute in my guy and I are like WTH kinda seats are these? Looking around a lot of the guest were complaining and squirming and moving trying to get comfortable. I wanted my money back, but no refunds after show time! We had to sit through a two hour movie in pain and uncomfortable! My guy is 6'7 and he was uncomfortable as heck and really wanted to cut his losses. I enjoyed the movie the best I could, but left in so much pain I had to take pain meds when I got home. This place cost to much money and they short changed is! Save your money and your body...

Took the wife to see a movie she wanted to see. Haven't been here in like forever the placed was really different. Next time we will have to buy tickets online if you don't it takes alot more time. Either way you have to pick your seat I guess because they sell so many online it's easier to keep track of number sold.
