I've been trying to talk to customer service at the customer service line to have them solve a problem that happened at the store with a return. I made a purchase for $129 using a gift card and my credit card. The cashier only credited $14 to my personal credit card. I was told to contact the gift card issuer. I did and they told me the credit/return transaction wasn't made and to contact Rally House again. Today I've been on hold (currently 2 hours, 40 minutes). I've had a chat window open for over an hour. There is no email address. I'm stuck on hold to try to resolve this. There is no customer service, from the time I went in to make my return to now. This transaction happened in October! Rally House still owes me over $100. When I first addressed this problem with them I was told to contact the gift card issuer and if they would not resolve it, Rally House would give me a store credit. If only it were that easy. I do not live near a store to redeem the card. They wouldn't let me redeem it online. This is exhausting and frustrating. I don't recommend...
Read moreIt was my grand daughter's first time in a Rally House and being only 10 she saw that the employees were just standing around talking to each other and seemed annoyed when asking for directions to the youth tee shirts.. all the young girl did was point and say Chiefs in the back and here in the middle is Super Bowl shirts..." then I asked another employee where to "plus sizes"...she did not stop what say was doing and that was talking to other employees again, and she said "all over they are mixed in with everything..." I just feel that they could be more interactive with the clientele, I noticed other peeopwalking aimlessly through the store as well so I didn't feel so bad until I spent $200 , it was all worth it to se my grand daughter get the Tee shirt of her dreams.... I would go again but really maybe a different Rally's , and maybe during a sale time or not a major event time when the employees aren't so...
Read moreSince when does Rally house not take debit/credit cards without having to out in my pin number? I don't use that number anywhere else. 99% time my bank card works as credit. But I found out not at Rally's? Crazy. Also, I bought nearly $300 worth of merchandise. Rally has fairly nice big red bags their logo on it. The young gal checking me out pulls out cheap, flimsy white plastic bags and starts loading up my merchandise while the other checker is using a red bag for only one item. I asked her to please use the thicker red bag....is that asking too much? If I was only purchasing one item, ok, little wht flimsy bag....but I had SIX items. Four t-shirts and two ball caps. You'd think she would have grabbed the bigger thicker bag, right? I really don't like shopping at that Rallys in Northland KC. Always something just off or...
