I dislike having to deal with this situation.
I would like to review the updates regarding the services I received. On November 22, 2024, I called the dealership to inquire about my license plate, but they had no information. Please note that this was 50 days after I purchased the vehicle.
On November 26, 2024, 55 days after buying the vehicle, my temporary plates are just 2 days from expiring. I called the dealership and had an unpleasant conversation with the “Manager,” who was not receptive to my frustration. He promised to call me with an update before the end of the day, but he did not follow through. I also contacted the DMV, and they informed me that they had not filed for the plates.
I called the dealership to let them know that I was already approved and had the check in hand. The salesperson assured me that I would be in and out in less than an hour. However, when I arrived, I was attended to for the first five minutes and then forgotten for 40 minutes. Because of this, I decided to leave, as I didn’t have time to waste.
The next day, I called and urged them to have someone available to finalize the deal. Thankfully, they complied, knowing I wasn’t willing to play their waiting games. The paperwork process was smooth; I completed everything and paid for the truck within 30 minutes.
However, when I received the truck, it had not been detailed properly and had only been half-washed. I was promised a voucher for a car wash for the following Monday, but it has been a month, and I still haven’t received a phone call or the voucher.
It seems they only care about money and disregard customer service.
Good luck if you decide to do business with...

Read moreUPDATE: So we purchased our truck here on February 1, 2025. It is now July 1, 2025, and we are still fighting for a title and tags. Yesterday, I caught Nelly the person in charge of getting the title transferred into our name and getting it to the lein holder in a timely manner in one lie after another. Everything she has told us to this point has been nothing but a bald face lie. I myself had to contact Georgia DMV yesterday to find out why we were having such a hard time getting the title from them. This is where all of Nelly's lies came to light. I am just done. Our lein holder is about to raise our interest rate and turn our car loan into a personal loan. It is crazy. We are about to need a 4th paper tag because they keep expiring. We are so done. I plan on contacting our attorney today if I do not get results today.
Lies and deceit. Everything they said and their website said was on the truck were not. Even things that the car fax said were on the truck were not. Like running boards so that short girls like me can get in and out of them , tonneau cover, not one at all. Leather seats, nope, not. Upgraded radio nope not. Which is why the price was lower than all the others like it that we looked at. Chucks compromise for all of those things was $400 off the asking price. I should have been in touch with CJ, the car girl. He also said "well none of those things were in the pictures, so you should have known." You know I have always been told don't ever trust a car salesman. Now I know why they are liars plain and simple. Probably wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them across the face....
