I recently visited the Appliance OutLESS Store in Katy, Texas, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! First off, the prices here are fantastic. I found high-quality appliances at a great discount from I was seeing at other stores. The quality was spot on, and it’s clear they carry reliable, well-known brands. What really made this shopping experience stand out, though, was the owner, Ahmed. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, not at all pushy. Unlike many other places where you feel pressured into making a decision, Ahmed took the time to walk me through my options and answered all my questions. His approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Additionally, the delivery was scheduled for the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s rare to find such quick and efficient service. Appliance shopping can be stressful, but this experience was truly a breeze. THIS PLACE!! This place is the answer to affordable quality appliances. But what makes this store great isn't just the good deals, its the owners! Our samsung refrigerator took a dive after the last hurricane. We were living out of 3 mini fridges. Emma was so kind and patient with us as we went in to the store several times over the period of a month. We couldn't budget a brand new fridge at the time and made several possible selections waiting until we could pay, hoping our selection didn't get purchased by someone else. Emma presented several easy payment options, she was very professional and knowledgeable about all the appliances. She made us very comfortable to do business with her store. DELIVERY was on time, quick and installed with care. Turned out the delivery man was Emma's husband who was also a very very kind man . Finding APPLIANCE OUTLESS store was a GOD send! My daughter’s pipes had burst beginning in the kitchen and then throughout her small home in Katy Tx. When we went into the store the first person we met as soon as we walked in was Emma the store owner. After explaining our daughter’s problem, Emma was so helpful, kind, explained the inventory of appliances to choose from and then showed us her inventory. The store is amazing not to mention excellent pricing. APPLIANCE OUTLESS store offers new appliances as well as slightly dent or scratched. The stove/oven LG new appliance was perfect for my daughter and this was APRIL, 2023. The stove was brand new and she has not experienced a problem to this day. We also included a warranty to go with the stove. I have personally referred several friends and they all LOVE the prices but most of all… they truly appreciate Emma’s honesty, explanation of each appliance and the fact they have delivery!
