I had planned my PAX wardrobe set with Ashley at Cinco Ranch location which was very awful due to wrong sizes ordered mistaken by her with no regrets from her side. Despite of giving the right dimensions of my closet area repeatedly my order got messed up and wrong sizes had arrived at my door steps. When the assembler came at my place to assemble he could not finish the job as the sizes were not right somehow he was smart enough to adjust the pieces with my wardrobe walls by changing orientation which took extra hours which I had to pay an additional $180. Also he had to unassembled the entire wrong piece and repack to return back to IKEA. When my wife went to purchase the right pieces with the return items they had to say it was an error from their side, but we still have to pay for the assembly charges somehow after hard negotiations they decided to waive off the assembly charges, but they only prepaid for the assembly of the replacement purchased pieces and the other attachement which was a part of the assembly already paid in my previous service which is still lying in my wardrobe unfinished was not mentioned in the assembly task. While discussing the same with the new tasker who was assigned to assemble the unfinished pieces said he will only assemble the task IKEA has assigned which are replacement pieces of the right sizes anything additional I have to get it rectified with IKEA to get it added with the other pieces otherwise he won’t do the job. It’s been a nightmare for me to purchase this whole wardrobe project which is incomplete and have gone through a lot of stress to get this put together. Went with intentions of ordering for multiple rooms ahead of moving but all we could do was take pictures and measurements to order ourselves at home. New location with less than 2 weeks open and service is already lacking. Definitely not what I expected.
One person stood up front and was not greeting a the other was sitting at a desk on his cell phone with his head down. I finally asked if there was anyone willing to help to which he replied, “we would love to assist.” I replied by saying it really didn’t seem like it because of how long we had been there.

Read moreI arrived at the store and the girl greeted me but she gave me a look as if i didnt beling there. also, one of my boxes was open and didnt see whem the girl helped me put it in my car. Taped seal was already broken and i am afraid to open it just in case any parts areissing or broken. tried calling their store and no one ever picks up the phone. I will have to go back to that store in Cinco Ranch to see if they will replace my item.
