I used to love this store, it always felt welcoming and fun. However, today when I went in to return a charm I had bought as a present with my last ($300+) purchase that had been worn less than 2 minutes and on the bracelet less than maybe 10, if that, I was told I would not be allowed to make the return because the charm was "obviously worn and dull". The employee who claimed to be the manager pulled another charm from the case and showed us that charm next to mine and tried to say there was an obvious difference....there was not. She then pulled another employee and asked her to point out which charm was the return, she could not tell until the manager pointed it out for her. I even asked if she could use the cleaning cloth an inch away to dust the charm and she ignored me. Neither employee seemed ready or willing to assist and simply refused any assistance or explanation besides "sorry that's the policy I just work here. When we were sold the bracelet we were told in confidence that we would be 100% able to return any part of the purchase should the receiver not like it. I was not made aware of this policy at any of my prior visits. On top of the return issue, it took us 10+ minutes to ever get an employee to offer to help us. We ended up going to another location which gave us no issues at all, had no issue with quality, and completed the return in less than 3 minutes. Our experience at this store was so unpleasant that we will never again shop at this Pandora location, and if I did not already own several pieces of jewelry from this company, I would never shop at Pandora...
   Read moreI came to the store today to exchange a bracelet that they had giving to me as a gift. Since it had been damaged. I brought the recipe and despite the fact that in the guarantee it said that they could exchange it for one of the same or a lower price, the girl decided not to help me and told me that she was not going to help me and that she was going to serve other clients. I ask her politely if she can ask her manager to do something for me, she told me that she just didn't want to do it. The other lady who was working as well lost her control and told me how I was doing such a big deal. I felt disrespected just by the fact of being Hispanic, because I was 100% sure that if I was American they would have treated me differently. The person who treated me like that her name is Maria. I don’t recommend and I wouldn’t come back again...

The girl with the orange curly hair “helped me” with the worst “I don’t want to work” attitude. Every question I had was given a rude response. The girl with the black hair next to her was leaning on the on the counter and when I asked her a question, she stayed leaning on the counter and just responded with a shrug. Then when I asked about cleaning my jewelry the orange hair girl giggled and said their machine was broken. At that point mid transaction I said nope I don’t want to give this location business, nor this girl commission.
