I just coming from there to make copy of my keys . I saw that they have some colors keys . So I was going to do that . But some of them doesn’t have the prices . I told him . How much it cost . And he told me: “I don’t know !” I was thinking he was joking . Then he took those key and when to the front. Then he came back and he told me the prices . Then another one was without the price . And he said again “ I DONT KNOW! And he went again to the front door . So then when he came back I said “ ok lest do two keys “ he just took my keys. But ( my mistake ) I forgot my wallet, so I told him I will back I left my wallet on the car “ and he looked me bad . I was “?” Then I realized I left the wallet at my job . So I told him . “ sorry I forgot my wallet “ so I will leave you my key and return for them. It only take 5 minutes . And when I was saying that, he just took my key and interrupted me and said , “ I don’t want it “. I didn’t told him nothing Becouse I belived he acting like that because he is old person “ but for that reason . I putting this rate and this bad comment .

Read moreThis is a ZERO star review! My husband wanted to support local small business and placed an online order at Ace Katy Hardware (Pin Oak) for a STIHL SH56. When we received a home delivery confirmation it was noted that someone has to be present, this was not possible since we work outside the home. He called the store and spoke to Ray to canceled the item. I didn't think too much of it when hubby said Ray was rude. Days later I noticed the charges has not been reverse back to our credit card, I called the store and again spoke to Ray. Not sure who Ray is .. staff or owner, it was not necessary for Ray to be so rude. But in all seriousness this is how small business go under and swallowed up by big companies.
