Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Katy

I visit Ross almost as much as I visit Wal-Mart. In the past week and a half, I have been to 5 different Ross locations. I have a 4 and 5 year daughters, which is even more reason I frequent regularly. Unfortunately, with all that I purchase, today I also had 1(one) pair if shoes that I needed to return( never worn), tag still attached. I did not have a receipt. A male n female employee said since its undetermined when I made the purchase, the amount of credit I could recieve would be .48 cents. I explained that this shoe is still very current and in this exact store with the same price $22.99 or $26.99. They replied thus is Ross's Policy. I calmly asked both employees " does that make any sense "? Once again, they repeated it's Ross's Policy. Wal-Mart would never, ever do this. I am upset and totally disappointed. I plan to give this some thought, search for all receipts and consider returning everything that i've purchased within the last few months. Additionally, I live in Missouri City(Southwest Houston), and traveled a very long distance to this location off...

Ross is always a great place for an inexpensive, on-the-spot, pair of jeans, shirts and a pair of shoes.

I can always rely on Ross for a quick impromptu outfit change and toiletries while traveling and need to grab a few extra items for an extended stay.

For $20 I picked up a pair of red tennis shoes, a red shirt for $12 and a pair of black jeans for $15.

For less than 50 bucks I had a nice outfit for an event which featured red and black for their theme colors.

Although the event was a last-minute impromptu invite, I showed up looking like I was prepared. I was so well-dressed and color coordinated that I looked sharper than the organizer and several thought I was actually in charge.

I can always count on Ross for something quick, inexpensive and on-the-go...

UPDATE: I like visiting this Ross. It has way more stock than the other one closer to us. The space is larger so there's more room. For example, there are tons more luggages here than the one nearby.

We popped into this Ross while at the shopping center. The store was clean and bright. Staff were quietly sorting and restocking.
